Return policy

We have been selling diamonds for 6 generations and take our work very seriously. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply call us with in 30 days from the date of delivery and we will happily exchange your item or refund your money without a hassle. **

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted 30 days from the date of delivery. **Exceptions to this policy are the following:

Designer Settings and Designer Wedding Bands
Diamond Eternity Bands
Any Engagement Ring Setting special ordered and made to fit a customers center stone.

Due to the special nature of these items, we cannot accept these for return.

"Designer" is considered any item under the "Designer" section of this website.

**Layaway purchases may only be returned 30 days from the date the item is finished with production, and a maximum of 60 days from the purchase date.

**Pre-Owned Watches are fully refundable within three days from receipt of delivery. The watch must not be worn or sized and must be in the same condition as when sold. The watch must be accompanied by all boxes, tags and paper work that came with it.
