30-Day Returns
"Designer" is considered any item under the "Designer" section of this website. **Layaway purchases may only be returned 30 days from the date the item is finished with production, and a maximum of 60 days from the purchase date. **Pre-Owned Watches are fully refundable within three days from receipt of delivery. The watch must not be worn or sized and must be in the same condition as when sold. The watch must be accompanied by all boxes, tags and paper work that came with it. Simply call customer service at 913-239-0735 to obtain an RA# (Return Authorization #).
